- Include your information: Provide your registered email address and any connected Facebook Page names to help us identify your account
- Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
What will be deleted:
- Your AutomateSocials account and profile information
- All content posts created through our Service (drafts, scheduled, and published)
- Connected social media account information and access tokens
- Project settings, keywords, and competitor data
- Schedule rules and automation settings
- Any uploaded or generated images stored in our system
Important notes:
- Content already published to your Facebook page will remain on Facebook and must be deleted separately through Facebook if desired
- We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification
- Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes as required by law
- Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
