Working with the agent

Campaigns

A launch, a season or a month of steady posting, planned in a conversation and written a few days ahead.

Say “plan a campaign” or describe one: “a four-week launch campaign for the autumn collection, LinkedIn and Facebook, two posts a week, from these three articles”. The agent asks what it still needs (goal, period, channels, how many posts, sources, whether to use your publishing slots, whether each post gets a picture) and then plans.

The plan

One line per post: the day, the kind of post (educational, story, offer, behind the scenes), its theme and its angle. Dates fall on the days and hours your project publishes, in your time zone. Up to 60 posts. Read it, change any line (“make week 2 about the workshop instead”), and say “start” when it is right.

Writing happens later, on purpose

Posts are written about two days before their date, not all at once. Each is written with the sources you named, in your voice, and with the previous posts in view, so a month of posts does not open the same way twice. They land under Scheduled, where you can still read, edit, move or cancel each one before it goes out.

Sources

Links you give the campaign are read once and stored in your knowledge base; every post can draw on them. A page that turns out to have no readable text is reported, not silently skipped.

Pictures

With pictures on, each post gets one in your project's style, at the model you chose. The agent states the total before you start. If credits run short mid-campaign, the affected post waits and the campaign tells you, rather than going out without its picture.

Pausing and stopping

“Pause the campaign” stops further posts from being written; what is already scheduled stays until you cancel it, which is a separate, explicit request. Resume any time. Campaigns run in the background whether or not you are in the app.
