The same agent, from wherever you already work. Pick the one you have open.
Everything the in-app agent can do is also a set of tools on a hosted MCP server. Any chat that speaks MCP can brief it, and the posts land in the same calendar. You need one API key from Settings → API & MCP; then:

What is different over a connector
Our own chat asks you before publishing or spending. Over a connector, the asking is done by your chat: ChatGPT and Claude both confirm before a tool that writes runs. The server also tells them, at the start of every session, what costs money and what publishes, and points them at the manual.
The key belongs to one project. To brief a different project from the same chat, add a second connector with that project's key.
