Your project's profile and rules
What the agent knows about you before it writes a word, and the rules it never breaks.
Under Project setup → Brand & voice you describe the brand: what you do, who it is for, the keywords you want to be found for, the language you write in, and the tone. Most of it fills itself in when you give the agent your website; you correct it once.
Content instructions
Rules that apply to every post, in the chat, in campaigns and in workflows: “always mention the city”, “never use exclamation marks”, “end with a question”. These are enforced in the product, not just suggested to the model, and the agent quotes them back when you ask why it wrote something the way it did.
Visual style
A default prompt for pictures and one for video, wrapped around every request. “Flat illustration, navy and orange, no text in the image” makes every picture look like yours without you repeating it. Ask for something outside your usual look and the agent steps outside the style for that one picture.
Examples of your writing
The agent pulls examples from what you have already published, and you can add your own. They set the voice. Separately, it also sees how your recent posts opened and closed, so that it does not repeat them.
