Publishing and the calendar
Now, at a time you name, or in the next free slot. Everything scheduled can still be read, moved or cancelled.
Publishing always asks first. The agent shows exactly what will go where, and you say yes. Then one of three things:
- “Publish now”: the post goes out within a minute, and the public link appears under Published.
- “Schedule for Thursday at 9”: the post sits under Scheduled until then. Times are in your project's time zone.
- “Put it in the next free slot”: the post takes the next opening in your weekly publishing slots.
Publishing slots
A project can have weekly slots, e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00. “Next free slot” fills them in order, campaigns place their posts on them, and the agent mentions when the calendar is empty. Set them in the project settings.
Changing your mind
Under Scheduled, each post has Change time, Edit and Cancel. Change time opens a date and time picker; Cancel puts the post back among the drafts. Tell the agent instead if you prefer: “move #9 to Friday afternoon”, “cancel #9”.
What the statuses mean

| Partially published | Live on some networks, failed on others; the failed ones say why |
| Failed | Not published; the reason is shown, and the post is kept so you can fix and retry |
When a network refuses
A temporary problem (the network was busy, a rate limit) is retried automatically, three times over about half an hour. A permanent one (too long for X, a video Instagram will not take, an expired connection) is not; the post says what was wrong in plain words. An expired connection also marks the account, so you are told once rather than per post.
