Workflows
The same job on a schedule: read something, write, add a picture, save or publish. Every run is recorded.
A workflow is a list of steps and a schedule. Steps: read a source (a web page, someone's feed, or your knowledge base), write for chosen networks, make a picture, then save a draft or publish. Ask the agent to make one: “every weekday at 8, read our blog's newest article and publish a LinkedIn post about it at 9”.
Running
Workflows run in your project's time zone, daily or weekly, or once at a set time. Start, pause, run now and delete are under Workflows. Every run is recorded step by step while it happens, so a run that failed halfway shows exactly where.
Money before work
A run is priced up front: the feed it will read, the pictures it will make, the X fee if it publishes there. If your balance would not cover the whole run, it does not start, and the record says what it would have cost. That is better than reading a feed and stopping before the post.
Publishing without asking
A workflow publishes without a confirmation; you gave it when you started the workflow, and there is nobody to ask at 8 in the morning. Pausing is how you take that back. If you want to review before anything goes out, end the workflow with “save a draft” instead of “publish”.
