Connect your accounts
One live connection per network per project. Pages and company pages sit underneath it.
Open Project setup → Connected accounts in the right-hand panel and press the network's button. You sign in on the network's own site, approve, and land back here. Your password never passes through us; we store the token the network issues, encrypted.

Instagram has no login of its own here: a business account is reached through the Facebook page it is linked to, and publishes with that page's permission. Connect Facebook, then press Instagram. If only one business account is behind your pages it connects at once; if several, you pick. If none appears, the Instagram account has to be switched to Professional and linked to the page in Instagram's settings first.
One connection per network
A project holds one live connection per network. Connecting a different account on the same network replaces the previous one, and the panel tells you what it replaced. The old account's published posts and their history are kept; only its access is retired.
When a connection expires
Networks expire tokens. When one does, the account shows “needs reconnect” with a reason, and the agent will tell you rather than fail a post at publish time. Reconnecting repairs the same account and keeps its history. Reconnecting Facebook also refreshes the Instagram account behind it.
Several projects
Each project has its own connections, its own posts, its own calendar and its own voice. Switch projects in the bar at the top. Credits belong to you and are shared across your projects; each project's spending is recorded separately.
